We offer six subscription packages with a 1-year period, covering the territories of Kosovo, the Region, and Europe.
The APR subscription is made for the vehicle. This means that the subscribed vehicle, regardless of who is driving it, is covered and can benefit from the roadside assistance services provided by APR.
APR allows the transfer of the subscription to another vehicle once during the subscription period.
In the base countries (Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia), the vehicle is transported to the client’s preferred location. For European countries, the vehicle will first be transported to the nearest service center, and if the conditions specified in the APR contract are met, APR enables vehicle repatriation.
We always strive to assist our clients as quickly as possible. According to the contract, the response time within Kosovo is no more than 60 minutes from the moment the call is received, and no more than 3 hours outside the territory of Kosovo (under normal weather and road conditions).
Payment for the APR subscription can be made in several ways: by bank card, through e-banking, via financial institutions such as Capital Ria, Moneta/MoneyGram, IBAS, UnionNet/Western Union, Finser, as well as in cash.
Sometimes known as electronic SIM cards, eSIM actually stands for embedded SIM. As the name suggests, an electronic card, this means that SIM card functionality can now be integrated directly into the device, instead of a separate card that needs to be inserted. If you have an eSIM-capable phone or tablet, you can use an eSIM instead of a regular physical SIM card.
TravelSim eSIM can be used with the following devices:

If your device is not listed here but is eSIM-compatible, then TravelSim eSIM can still be used.
All European Union countries as well as Turkey, both the European and Asian parts.
Either option is possible. You can buy it immediately before departure, or when you arrive at your destination. Whichever is most convenient for you.
TravelSim data plans have different validity periods, and the validity period begins with purchase.
So if you're not traveling for more than a month, you can buy it before departure and the validity will still cover your stay abroad.
Please note that if you have installed an eSIM on a device, you cannot install the same eSIM (use the same QR code) on another phone or device.
You need to order a new eSIM for a different device, even if you have deleted the eSIM from the first device.
If you have deleted your eSIM from a phone or tablet, we will automatically send you a new QR code via email that you can use to reactivate your eSIM. Make sure to open the email on a different device so you can scan the QR code.
